FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What have you found to be the best browser to use for the Apollo Online web application?

We have had the best experience with Firefox. It beats most competitors in terms of speed. Firefox is well organized and has an easy-to-use interface stocked with the essentials, and it's far from cluttered. Another great function is an automatic session restore. When Firefox reopens, you can pick up where you left off, even if the browser closed unexpectedly or by accident. There are very few bugs found in new releases.

What if I'm not able to use the browser of choice or am not able to update the browser due to factors within the company?

If you cannot change or update your browser due to compatibility issues, you can consider the option of installing a second browser to use for Apollo Online searching and keep the other browser for the other applications.

In case customers find a bug in the application or wish to request for enhancements, is there an email address to handle these type situations?
